General Membership Meeting

March 16th, 2010

Gopher Flying Club Members & Prospective Members,

General Member Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 3/18/10 at 7:00 PM.

The meeting will be held at the Honeywell Coon Rapids facility in the Auditorium (someone will be at the guard desk to escort non Honeywell employees).

We will be covering a number of items including reviewing the financial status of the club (which is very solid) reviewing the latest insurance policy and getting an update on the aircraft status after the recent annuals.  We will also review and vote on changes to the club bylaws & flying rules.

Another interesting topic that will be discussed is starting up a “Flying League” which would entail planning club flights to various destinations like Madeline Island or Voyager Village.

The meeting is a great chance to do a little hangar flying, and socialize with other members.

If you are interested in joining the club, feel free to stop by!

Refreshments will be served!
